Get the money beliefs and habits of the financially successful

During money mind set month we’ve looked at what a scarcity and a break-even mind set looks like, so this week we’re talking about what wealthy people think about money.

As we race towards a new year and news of a vaccine, more than ever we need to be aware of our subconscious beliefs and habits that drive our decisions every day, especially after a year that triggered fear and worry in most of us.

One of the simplest pathways to success is to model people who are already successful, so let’s look at the beliefs and habits of those who choose financial success.

Beliefs

  • They’ve decided to be wealthy, or financially successful (this doesn’t necessarily need to mean wanting to be rich)

  • They believe they’re in control of creating their life

  • They know how to create value that people will pay for ( rather than getting paid by the hour)

  • That there is enough money for everyone

  • That money is a resource that buys freedom, choice and the ability to help other people

  • By constantly learning and growing they can become the person who can create wealth

  • They don’t let their childhood programming about money control their life

Habits

  • They spend time visualising what they want their life to become – this programs their mind to look for opportunities they’d otherwise miss

  • They never stop learning – getting educated about whatever they need to know to grow their business and grow themselves

  • They mix with successful people, knowing you become the people you spend the most time with and the stuff you let into your mind

  • They think big and grow into their goals, instead of thinking small and shrinking back

  • They focus on opportunities not obstacles

  • They model other successful people – see what they’ve done and learn from them

  • They manage their money well, and make sure their money works hard for them

  • They take action even when they’re afraid – fear doesn’t stop them

  • They work hard!

  • They practise gratitude regularly – they focus on what they already have, instead of obsessing about what they don’t have

Whatever we think and believe about money is just from old programming; we’re not stuck with who we are. We can change if we want to, if we really want things to be different.

Next week in the final episode of money mind set month we’ll be looking at how you can change your money blueprint so you go into December with a strong abundant mind set.

Ready to create goals for the new year that will propel you towards the future you want.
